      1. No. Since the quake happened in Japan, which is to the east of the Philippines, the tsunami will only affect provinces in the east, e.g. Bicol, Cagayan, etc. Metro Manila is on the western side of the Philippines.

  4. how high tsunami waves will be?.

    1. The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center (PTWC) recorded 0.29 meter high first wave. Usually first waves are not as strong as the second or third.
