COVID-19 in the Philippines

COVID-19 SYMPTOMS

The most common symptoms of COVID-19 are:

  • Fever
  • Tiredness
  • Dry cough
  • Difficulty breathing

You may also experience:

  • Aches and pains
  • Nasal congestion
  • Runny nose
  • Sore throat
  • Diarrhea

Who are more at risk:

  • Older people, especially senior citizens
  • Those with underlying medical problems like:
    • High blood pressure
    • Heart problems
    • Diabetes
    • Immunocompromised systems

It is also possible that you don’t develop any symptoms or don’t feel sick—but it does not mean that you’re not infected. You can still be a carrier of the disease and pass it on to your loved ones.

If you are seriously ill, please seek help immediately. Most importantly: DO NOT LIE ABOUT YOUR TRAVEL HISTORY.
